Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Jacksonville Beach, FL so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Payment is expected at the time of service. If you have insurance, you will be expected to pay your estimated portion for any non-covered procedures by your insurance. For this estimated portion we offer several payment options:

Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your care. Most insurance include coinsurance provisions, a deductible, and certain other expenses which must be paid by the patient at the time of services. Reimbursement amounts are not and never have been a guideline for quality care.
We can file most insurance claims for you. We will be happy to call your insurance company and get your insurance benefits for you. We just ask that you have your insurance information with you when calling our office. Our Staff will work with you to ensure you receive that maximum benefit from your dental coverage
